Return Policy

The most products on this website are custom made and therefore unfortunately not exchangeable or returnable. Please ask us before ordering to prevent any misunderstandings.

Products that are in any case not exchangeable or returnable:
- Semi Custom decals
- Full Custom decals
- Customized clothing

It is possible that you may want to return an order. Perhaps the product is not to your liking, or maybe there is another reason why you no longer want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason!

After canceling, you have 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. If all products within the order are returned, we will also refund the shipping costs. However, the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are your responsibility. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the return address of Shred Graphics. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@shredgraphics.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned to us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation in value to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for returns.

Exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange a product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact us at info@shredgraphics.com for that. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note! Custom-made products, such as custom sticker sets and personalized clothing, unfortunately cannot be exchanged.

 

Wrong address

If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify the order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately using the contact information provided on our website. The sooner you inform us, the greater the chance that we can make the change before the order is processed.
