Returns & Withdrawal Policy

All our motorcycle graphics kits are printed to order.

EU customers

Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of standard, non-personalized goods.

This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the legal exception applies. This includes qualifying graphics kits personalized with details such as a customer's name, race number or custom artwork.

The fact that a product is printed to order does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Customers outside the EU

Our graphics kits are printed to order for each customer. We therefore do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations after production has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

Wrong address

If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify the order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately using the contact information provided on our website. The sooner you inform us, the greater the chance that we can make the change before the order is processed.
